First and foremost the owner of this property is outstanding and was incredibly responsive. The pool was awesome and location was perfect, very short walk to the beach. The only issue was the property could have been cleaner but we spent most of our time at the beach or pool so it wasn’t a huge issue.

We had a wonderful time in Sandbridge at the "Beach Bird" house. The house was well stocked and it seemed all our needs were anticipated. Our host, Bernard, made us feel very welcome and the pool was a special treat for all of us.

Bernard was very attentive to our needs. Easy to communicate with and readily accessible. The house was clean. The pool was a hit.

This was my family's first time in Sandbridge and we had a memorable week thanks to Bernard and Beach Bird. The house was spacious for the 8 of us and offered a great location to the beach and surroundings (especially those donuts everyone is talking about here). The pool was awesome and offered us the chance to cool off after some hot days at the beach. Bernard was extremely friendly and responsive, especially when we arrived after a long 11-hour drive and found the door was not locking properly. Without hesitation, he came over and installed a new deadbolt lock so we were secure throughout the week. He also came by mid-week to clean and check the pool. The house is stocked for anything you would need and more - whether it was kitchen items, household items, beach/pool items. The beds were comfortable as well. Thank you, Bernard, for everything!

We wanted a holiday away from the crowds and were so lucky this property was available. The house was a short walk from the beach, and there were so few people there it was easy to socially distance. And the pool was perfect- salt water and solar heated to make it a comfortable temperature. The house is amazingly well stocked with everything you need indoors, for the pool and beach. Only one suggestion would be to add fly screens to the upstairs sliding doors, though appreciate potential hazard. Bernard is a fantastic host, extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this property for vacations with kids.

The pool area is the best part of the property. We loved the pergola and size of the pool. The house has plenty of room for a large family group and is in a perfect location.

Great week with our family.. great location to the beach.. house is well equipped with everything you need.. The owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with! The pool is the gem of the house and was used day and night by our family. We had a great vacation!

I must agree with the other reviews singing the praises of Bernard, the host. He could not have been more accommodating and eager to please. And the location was great - such an easy walk to a vast beach. Our group of 8 family members, including 3 kids, was in need of a place to go for a social distancing vacation and the large, uncrowded beach and the private pool at the house provided the perfect setup. We enjoyed the pool when it was shaded during the mornings and late afternoon and the beach in between. We found enough beach umbrellas and sand toys to keep everyone happy. The upstairs deck is a great place to read a book as it is shaded in the afternoon. Thank you Bernard for sharing Beach Bird with us!
